By joining or accessing GenXAlliance (“GXA”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions:
Membership Rules

You must be GenX (born ~1965–1980) or approved as an edge-case exception.

No harassment, hate speech, political warfare, or divisive flags — zero tolerance.

Respect privacy: Screenshots and content from GXA stay inside GXA unless explicitly permitted.
Payments & Cancellations

Membership fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

You can cancel anytime; your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
No Refund Policy
All GXA memberships and donations — including Premium subscriptions and Impact Partner contributions — are non-refundable.

Memberships: Once your payment is processed, access to Premium spaces, perks, and badges is granted immediately. Because these benefits are digital and delivered in real time, we cannot offer refunds, partial or otherwise, for unused time if you cancel mid-cycle.

Impact Partner Donations: 100% of funds are deposited directly into the chosen partner’s account. Since GXA does not handle or retain these donations, refunds are not possible.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription or donation at any time to prevent future charges. Your access or badge status will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
By joining or donating, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy.
Affiliate Program

By participating, you agree to follow GXA’s Affiliate Policy (see below).

Earnings are managed through Rewardful and processed via Stripe/PayPal.
Liability Disclaimer

GXA provides content and resources “as is.” We are not responsible for financial losses, bad advice from other members, or third-party actions.

You are solely responsible for how you use the information shared in GXA.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships that violate these Terms.
