The Rules of Engagement
1. Politics-Free Zone
No flags. No symbols. No parties. No platforms. GXA isn’t the place for culture wars, hot takes, or divisive debates. We’re focused on what unites us, not what divides us. You want to argue about music, movies, or which ‘80s toy was the GOAT? Perfect. You want to fight over politics? Take it somewhere else.
GenXAlliance is neutral ground. Keep it that way.
2. Unity Over Outrage
Debates are fine. Disagreements are healthy. Disrespect isn’t.
Have opinions. Ask questions. Trade perspectives. Just do it like an adult.
Personal attacks, name-calling, or passive-aggressive nonsense? You’re out.
3. Keep It Real, Keep It Relevant
This is a GenX-first space. Share tips, hacks, nostalgia bombs, tools, art, music, stories, memes, side hustles — whatever brings value.
Spam, scams, and shady self-promo? Nope.
Have something to share? Make sure it’s helpful, thoughtful, or fun.
4. Respect the Vibe
GXA runs on connection, not chaos. Be kind. Be curious. Celebrate each other’s wins. If you bring unnecessary drama, you’ll be shown the door faster than Blockbuster late fees in ‘97.
5. About Live Links & Events
Want to host a watch party, livestream, or group jam session? Do it. You can’t stream directly inside GXA yet, but you can post links to YouTube, Twitch, or wherever in the appropriate spaces. Keep it relevant to the community and on-brand for the vibe.
